"Solders Ride" 1966 Chevelle episode of Overhaulin features the crew using a Rapid Line RL7000 "half buck" design bench.
 
The crew along with chief engineer "Johnny O" designed & built a rear suspension to house a NASCAR  quick change differential in only four days.

All of the laser cut brackets and components were designed and fixtured on the design bench, then precision welded for a perfect fit.
